Diplomats with the following visa classifications are eligible to participate:

Foreign Diplomats qualify if their VISA classification is:

• A1, A2
• G1, G2, G3, G4
• NATO 1, NATO 2, NATO 3, NATO 4
• Note: E1 Visas do not qualify

U.S. Diplomats qualify if:

• Their passport number begins with “9”.
• Their passport number begins with “8”, and is accompanied by a letter on official letterhead verifying their employment.

Members of International Organizations:

• Must possess a Laissez-passer service pass issued by the United Nations.
• A letter from the mission or proof of assignment from the International Organization must accompany the request
