    "Service advisor was extremely professional. If he wants to improve his service, I suggest he tell update customers about the findings re: their cars needed repairs during their wait. It would have been nice to know what was wrong with my car, as soon as the mechanics learned it, and then immediately give me an estimate of the time it would take to complete repairs so I should have an idea (just an estimate) of how long I would need to wait. During this visit, I did not learn what was wrong or the repairs needed until after the repairs were completed 2 hrs after arrival. (I should note cost was not a factor in this visit b/c I have a service package and extended warranty.) The diagnostic program indicated that additional work (that I didn't know about) was needed and performed under the warranty. It was explained to me by the service manager. The only reason I did not give the service a rating of 5, is that a problem was discovered with one of the tires I was having changed, and they did not show it to me. I was told about it after the tires had been changed and bagged, so I don't know which tire is damaged, the extent of the damage, and whether or not I should be looking for a tire sale to replace it before I have the summer tires put back onto the car next year.
